Our company is in partnership with reputable 3PL company based in Slough, UK and together we are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
SHIPPING COSTS
Flat shipping 4.90 £ on all orders in UK,
Flat shipping 12.50 £ on all orders in European Union,
Flat shipping £23.99 £ on all orders in the Rest of the world.

- Average transit times in the UK: 1- 3 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 15 - 25 Business days
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own states’ policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Dandeliophone.com provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.
DELAYS
Dandeliophone is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Dandeliophone is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Dandeliophone will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Dandeliophone recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Dandeliophone is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which Dandeliophone makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
